Regional is a series of small-format collectible magazines, with each issue focusing on a type of food that has distinct regional varieties. Subjects have included sausage, pie, and chili (or chilli, or even chile, depending on where you’re from). Each zine explores the history and derivations of one food item and often features a recipe as well as a poster celebrating the subject on the back. Once you’ve finished reading Regional you can slide it into your recipe folder or hang it on your wall.
