Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to be shipped. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. Our small staff is working hard to make sure everything is perfect and we appreciate your patience!

We take every precaution to treat our one-of-a-kind products with the care they deserve. Our gallery shop operates on consignment, meaning that we are not only looking out for you, our valued customers, but also our hard working Chicago artists. We package each of our products with consideration for their specific dimensions and fragility. 

We are working to ensure your piece arrives safely, unfortunately once your package leaves Buddy we cannot assume financial responsibility for any damage incurred during the shipping process or for theft. This is to ensure we will be able to properly compensate our artists for their work. However, if you receive a damaged piece and believe it is due to insufficient packaging please reach out to us with photos and a description of the damage and we will be happy to work with you on a solution. Otherwise please contact the mail carrier in the event of damage of loss. 

Once again, we will take every precaution to see our pieces off to their new homes safely and want to thank you for supporting our local Chicago artists!
