SILENCES, OHIO is creative nonfiction about what is said and isn't in the Midwestern red state Ohio. The choreographies of silences can on the one hand aid bigotry and exclusions, but on the other at times act to ease social connections. The true stories in the book are examples of this complexity. And strangeness. Published by Cowboy Jamboree Press.
