marimacha monarca press is a queer and trans collective of artists and educators based on the southwest side of Chicago. Their emphasis on queer spacemaking and art accessabilty has roots in the various south side neighborhoods they reside in. Organizing independently and alongside collectives, presses, organizations, schools and institutions they provide artmaking workshops, free and open to the community.
