Anna Mielniczuk was born in Poland and currently lives and works on the NW side of Chicago. She attended City Colleges of Chicago and graduated from SAIC, where she studied painting and drawing. Her work has been featured in print as well as preserved in digital galleries. She has shown her work at the Chicago Public Library, in multiple galleries around Chicago, Louisiana, Michigan, and overseas in Italy.
