ORDER PICK-UP POLICY
All pick-up orders must be picked up with 14 days, after which you will be charged $7 in re-stock fee. Please email info@hi-buddy.org with any concerns.

RETURN POLICY
All food, care & sale items are final sale.
All other items in unopened or unworn condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
The customer will be responsible for safely repackaging and shipping the return items to Buddy. If you have received the wrong item or it has not met your expectations please contact info@hi-buddy.org.

If we take a little bit longer to respond, or get an order out to you, it's probably because we’re working hard on the many different roles it takes to keep Buddy going!
